ABOUT OUR MANAGING CONSULTANT AKINYOSOYE, FRANKLYN OLUREMI, BSC, MBA, MNIM, FICA, MIMC  Franklyn is a graduate of over 15 years, with a second-class upper division in science; he was the best graduating student in his department. He is a member of the institution of management consultant (MIMC). He worked with a petroleum products marketer in Lagos in the early 1990s, before joining Cornerstone Insurance Plc in 1994 where he grew to the position of Assistant Manager. He was with Standard Trust Bank for 2 years before moving over to Devcom Bank as an Assistant Manager in 2000. He floated Adrefem Investment Limited with a former colleague and also formed Domicyf Investment Limited later DIL Consulting, a consultancy outfit of repute in and around Abuja . He is currently the Managing Consultant and has been involved in the transformation and re-engineering of several companies ranging from small to medium scale, amongst them are Community banks, Mortgage, Institutions, Property companies, Book houses, Printing and publishing company, Insurance brokerage outfits and Finance houses. He has been very successful with helping clients sell and acquire financial institutions and other companies. He has excelled in structuring and securing facilities for clients having played in that industry before . He is also a motivational speaker, trainer and leader. ADEWALE FELIX, HND, MNIM, ACMA, MAFA Adewale Felix is a graduate of Business Administration and Management from the City University of Kaduna (formally Kaduna Polytechnic), he holds a P.E III Final Examination Certificate of the Institute of Cost and management Accountants, he is a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management as well as a member of the American Finance Association. He is also an Associate member of the Institute of Nano Technology, U.S.A. He has six years working experience in Accounting and Financial Sector. AWOBAJO OLUSOJI MICHEAL, B.SC He is a graduate of Political Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has seven years working experience in area such as Properties, Shipping as Clearing Agent, and petroleum as Transport Manager while in Lagos before moving up to Abuja to join DIL Consulting as Marketing Consultant in 2006. OLA BOLARINWA, HND He is a graduate of Accountancy from the Polytechnic Ibadan. He is currently pursuing his professional career with the Instituite of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
